RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your regular price order for any reason, Joseph will be happy to accept return of unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt by the purchaser. Merchandise should be returned in the same packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Non-defective merchandise that has been used may not be returned for refund. The refund amount may be reduced from purchase price if merchandise is not in its original packaging.

While we take great care to make sure pricing is accurate on JosephStores.com, incorrect pricing may occur. If the correct price of an item is lower than the price shown, Joseph will charge the lower amount when the item is shipped. If you order an item for which the correct price is higher than the price shown, Joseph will attempt to contact you. If we cannot contact you, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified.
